Today I got dressed up and went to work and people noticed and mentioned how pretty they thought I looked today! Sometimes people are so mean and rude it was just amazing to see there are still sweet and kind people in our world 🤗

My mom has a cold, so today I went to the deli she always went to for my favorite convalescence food when I was a kid - matzoh ball soup.  While I was there I stocked up on some hearty sandwiches, OJ, and ice cream for her sore throat.  I felt like I needed to explain this large and weird assortment to the counter guy, and I also thought it might make him feel nice to hear that their establishment has had this special place in our family for decades.  Then HE made ME feel nice by saying to the woman behind me in line "See, there are still such nice people in the world."  And now I'm telling you, hoping it will make YOU feel nice.

I was able to get outside for once and it was beautiful! I love being outside and seeing all that nature has given us but somehow I always get stuck inside!
