so... i'm bored. and this is going around livejournal, so i thought i'd fill it out and post it on here. since i never post. but you guys should do it, too, because i would like to know things about you all. just 50 things that you believe....
i believe...
1. that certain songs and movies will always remind me of certain people/ moments.
2. in 24 hour coffee establishments.
3. in people-watching.
4. in long drives to help clear my mind.
5. that there comes a point in time where you have to start putting yourself first.
6. that my friend andy and i are the only two people left in the entire world who still kiss our hands and slap the roof of the car when going through yellow lights.
7. that the blueberry coffeecake i'm eating right now is the best thing that i've ever had in my mouth.
8. in people who are honest and straightforward.
9. in hikes in the mountains.
10. that there are many different kinds of love.
11. in laughter.
12. that time is the best healer.
13. in not taking yourself too seriously.
14. in skinny-dipping at night in lakes.
15. in bare feet.
16. in skipping stones.
17. that when you love someone, you should tell them.
18. that sometimes, love really isn't enough.
19. that in certain circumstances, it's ok to cheat on a boyfriend or girlfriend.
20. in hot bubble baths.
21. that "people and products both need less packaging cuz bullshit is still bullshit when you pull off all the wrapping." (i also believe in alix olson.)
22. in blowing off class/ work to go to the movies by yourself.
23. that everyone you meet changes you in some way.
24. in singing loudly and off-key.
25. in locking eyes.
26. in pajamas.
27. that animals are the best judges of character.
28. that it's ok to have hairy legs and sparkly pink toenails.
29. that glasses are sexy.
30. in really listening to what people are saying. and what they're not saying.
31. in reincarnation.
32. that i like my parents more and more as i get to know them better as actual people and not just the ones who raised me.
33. that the sitcom "king of queens" is fantastic.
34. in sleeping next to someone and listening to them breathe.
35. that allyson hannigan should be my girlfriend.
36. in board games.
37. that i need to start cutting myself off when i can't taste the liquor in my drinks anymore.
38. in playing on playgrounds.
39. that dream interpretation is important.
40. that my grandparents have the best stories.
41. that people should be intelligent enough to be able to solve problems without killing other people.
42. in cookies and milk.
43. in chatting with people online even when they're in the room across the hall from you and you can look over and see them.

47. that reading a good book with your cat curled up at your feet is the best thing ever.
