Heyas, all, I guess by now Valen has told you all about the shopping trip to the Mall of America. I loved it, needless to say I shopped and shopped and shopped. I walked into Torrid and went nuts. I bought myself a new skirt and some thigh highs and knee sox. The knee sox have cute little pink bows up the back and the other pair is pink and black striped. I got plain black thigh highs and one pair of Emily Strange thigh highs. They had a sweet Emily Strange skirt, but it was too short for me to dare wear it, and rather expensive. The best thing about this shopping trip is I got myself some stuff that was two sizes smaller than what I used to wear and those things are too big for me too. I got one pair of heels, pink patent leather with a white skull and crossbones on the side and a black stiletto heel. I got a long black skirt with pink pin stripes (that go diagonally across the skirt ending at a point in the middle) from Old Navy and a new pair of jeans. I also got my niece a Hello Kitty doll from the Sanrio store and I bought Valen a Jason Voorhies (Friday the 13th) mini bust and a pair of shoes.
I got some pink angora arm warmers (aka tattoo covers for when I am at work at Hastings).
I had a great time just hanging out with Chris and Brenda, the thing that annoyed me was how rude the people there were. I mean, there and in Des Moines, oh my gosh they could not have gotten any more rude. It was really not a good thing. That was the only downfall to our trip.

I loved it though, the whole thing was great fun.

I have yet to go back to work at the center, my girl is sick, she has an ear infection and the meds they put her on always cause diarrhea so, no girlie for a bit. Tomorrow I get to go work at my other home care job. Just gonna be there for about 4 hours or a little more. Not a bad thing, I mean I'll be getting a paid sick day from one job and working at the other.

Speaking of which no more getting up at 6am because the one home care job is no longer something I do. The lady told me that her daughter and she can get her son ready to go to the center on their own since she quit her one job and is going to be working for some neighbors across the street from her full time now. I guess, in a way it's a good thing, I was only making about 40 bucks a week there and getting up that hour extra was beginning to kill me. Especially after working til midnight the nights before. I couldn't ever feel like I had gotten enough sleep.
