Sleepy time!
Well, I had a good day at work today. I found out some stuff and then learned some other stuff and it turns out I might be able to get my students's paychecks put into an account without needing guardian's signature (mom and dad) so that way the kids can spend their own damned paychecks the way they WANT to instead of mom saying they have to buy groceries (she gets 250 bucks a month of their SSI to spend on groceries...well not cash in her hand but in my hand and then we go shopping at Aldi's trust me we get like 1 and 1/2 a cart full of food for the kiddos) and she uses the money to pay the electricity bill...BULL SHIT! Just the end of May last month the kids had to split a $719 electricity bill because mom couldn't afford it and the step dad said it wasn't his responsibility. They are ten months behind in rent and they only have to pay 100 bucks a month and the kids pay for half of that! She also said she was paying the cable bill, well last time I was there the satellite dish had been turned off and she JUST got it turned back on at the beginning of this month. She is such a lying URGH! She DARES tell us that her son has no concept of money, well how can one have the concept of money when one's mom never lets one see it? Much less use it to buy things with. I wrote a note home saying that he wanted to use his paycheck to buy some GameBoy stuff for his GameBoy Advanced and his mom gave him 10.00 and told him to buy it with that. I say again...and she has the nerve to say her son has no concept of money! Sounds like she has no concept. Anyway, like I said night night time for me...I can bitch about this woman ALL day long and I need some sleep.
