Sunday between 5:30pm and 7pm someone managed to break into my room. The only room in my house that got broken into, in the dark walk straight to my bed and pick up the upside down (therefore black) HP laptop off the dark sheets, turn around and walk out. Here's the thing, they knew exactly which window had a faulty lock, they knew exactly where my laptop was, it was not on nor was it charging so no flashing lights indicating it was there. Also, inside said laptop was my envelope in which I keep my cash for my rent, all 500.00 is now gone with said laptop, something I'd forgotten about until I checked my stash sweet no rent money now. Whoever took the laptop also removed my phone charger from said laptop and dropped it back inside the window, and had enough time to erase their footprints from the flower bed in front of my window...without seeming suspicious. Hrmmmm inside job? This comes within 48 hours after I called the cops on a fellow housemate for what is basically attempted rape, that story shall remain untold for now. The coincidence is killing me though, and I don't believe in coincidences. Oh, and I'm alone for Christmas with 1/4 tank of gas and no money...WINNING! Oh, and another thing, I get paid once a month on the 15th...soo after spousal support to the soon to be ex (payments end when the divorce is 100% finalized because that clause was only in the legal separation papers) and gas and some groceries I had just enough to pay rent; but I pay utilities in lieu of rent and that is due on the 30th; it has to be paid off before the first of January or the utilities can get shut off, which means I am screwed. So basically, I am screwed, so hard since I don't get paid more than once a month and I will have no money between now and the 15th. Please, dear god, universe, whoever is out there can I not lose my home and screw over my housemates with the nonpayment of the utility bill.
