I've not missed a day at the gym for the past month woohoo!!! I love exercise and it is such an awesome gauge for how well my shoulder has felt. We go swimming every Sunday and have for about a month now. I am certain that the swimming helps due to it being a low resistance strength and conditioning thing. Anyway, the first week I had to take a painkiller asap after swimming. The next week I had to take a painkiller when I was ready to go to bed thanks to the pain. Last week I didn't even need a painkiller I was fine. This last week I had an AWESOME week of physical therapy and my range of motion was really pretty phenomenalI am so happy about this. I love swimming and exercising and all that good stuff, I love the way that I feel these days.
