so ive been workin outside on this government job and it has been hotter than hell.....plus dust and glass shards flying everywhere.....so tired....and sweaty...and tan.....maybe ill lose some more weight.....my sister's wedding is in two and a half months and i want to look my best....plus i need to get into shape for my back's health......I already quit smoking and i'm going nuts as it is......over a week as of today.....HELP!!!!!!!!!
