I've lost another 1.6 lbs!!! I'm feeling amazing. I can actually see the changes now... Before it was like, well where am I losing it, now my waist is more defined and I can see it in my face!!! Last night in my tank top and little boy shorts I really noticed the changes!!! I felt hot, like super hot. YAY!!!!
Its going slow, but steady. I feel better about doing it this way. I don't feel like I'm on a diet, it's a new life. Thank you all for the support. *Smooches*
