Well here's a thought of antomoy(Working of the Body) when fighting someone and your not wearing any pads. If you nail you top of your foot or wrist against their elbows or anything hard enough to cause a swelling to immedately form on that area you have two choice to present your self with. One is the logical method of slowly getting the blood flowing back in the veins that was coinsqunently crushed using a warm cloth in a messaging motion then iciing it for twenty minutes. OR you could just pushed down on it with both thumbs and shoot the blood back through your body. Your in pain for a minute then the color drains from your face and you get that Oh so pleasent feeling to puke but once thats done, your ready to keep going.
