We have had the benefit of a real manager the past week. The manager from the Chicago store is going to be here until Sunday. He is a really nice guy and has been a manager for four and a half years, so he knows how to run a store. Too ba he is leaving. We are all frantically trying to get as much info out of him before the new manager comes on Monday. HE at least has managed a Michaels and an AC Moore crafts, so he has the right type of experience, as opposed to our other one who had NO retail experience. What the hell! Our regional said he interviewed well... Anyway, I was just looking on the Boston group and glad I did, because now I know when the Tattoo convention is instead of finding out two days before like usual. Hopefully I will actually get to go. I r3eally need some new ink, but it will take serious budgeting. Does anyone know if they are generally cheaper at a convention? Guess I better get cracking on my designs, then. Well, have to go tae a shower now that the uptairs people are done and I can have water preassure. Hopefully hot water, too. Chio!
