It really sucks that after suffering through a year and a quarter with an incompetent manager, then have him finally fired, have a week with an awesoem manager from another store who shows us all sorts of super stuff, have a week that everyone's moral is up, lots of things get done, everyone is hopeful for the new guy, only to hve shit start to hit the fan on the second day. I am tring really hard to keep the cold ball of dread from uncurling in my stomach. Five him a few weeks, I say. Andy (the district manager) is still here. He is nervous and over compensating. Then why do I feel this overwhelming need to update my resume and introduce myself to some temp agencies? *sigh* I will not suffer another bad manager and there are many who agree with me.
