I work as a personal assistant. It is fun most of the time. I get to do slot of traveling because of it. But somedays it sucks. Such as Friday when my boss called me at 6am and told me he needed 2 iPads and wanted me to go camp out to get them. So off to the apple store I went to sit in line for 7 hours. Everyone took pity on me because I wasn't even getting one for myself. I finally got in and made my purchase. The apple guy showed me how to set everything up. I must say, the iPads are pretty amazing. I just wish they were cheaper.
So I drive over to my bosses house to deliver the iPads. All I want to do by this time is go home and relax. But first I had to set everything up and show him how to use it. By the time I was done I wanted to strangle my boss. I kept thinking " fuck just let me go home already"
I finally make my escape. I called my girl on the way home and bitched about how my boss sucks. I get home and start to unload my backpack only to find a wrapped package in it. I have no idea what it is or whom it came from. I open it and it is the 2nd iPad he had me buy with a thank you card for standing in line. I GOT A FREAKING IPAD !!!!!! Then I was embarrassed for cussing him out to everyone all day. Lol
