The last few weeks have been a crazy whirlwind of emotion. I have been eating garbage, drinking more than usual, and sleeping much less. I am starting to see things come together though. As boxes are being unpacked I can feel my mind resting easier, not so much anxiety. I decided that after this weekend I am going to go back to eating whole foods. More raw, less processed. I also just signed up for Bikram in my new neighborhood. Along with that and running I think I will feel a lot better. I just wish I had more time in the day...
