Well, it's been close to a week as I familiarize myself with the dashboard and navigation of the site. The SG site is so different than what I expected it to be, and in a good way! Someday I'll blog about the differences in what I thought SG was going to be like compared to my first impressions of the site, but for now here are 5 reasons why I joined in the first place ...
1.) @Nayru - Two words: "Those Eyes!!"
2.) The Suicide Girls -- Hands down a group of the most beautiful people on the planet, and that is not hyperbole.
3.) Hopefuls -- There's just no such thing as too many strong and gorgeous women
4.) Classiness -- SG never comes across as a "porn" site. I like to think of it as an 'admiration of beauty site'.
5.) The Community -- As a n00b I haven't participated much, but I can tell this is one great, diverse, and welcoming group of individuals. The world could learn a lot from the SG community.
A big thank you to those who have welcomed this old Star Wars nerd, wrestle fanatic, has-been hardcore kid to your community. I plan to stay here a while, it's already starting to feel like home.
