I finally was able to shoot my first hopeful set and will be submitting it as soon as I receive all of my photos back!
Not only was this my first shoot that ended completely nude, it was also my first shoot with a professional photographer that shot me nude/partially nude! Usually I take my photos myself of my boyfriend takes them, all with our phones LOL
A few things I learned:
1.) Being naked in front of the camera is exhilarating and empowering. After I saw the first photo from her camera, I felt confidence like I had never felt in front of the camera before.
2.) I actually know how to model- what?!? I know... that sounds weird. But I always thought that modeling was a huge reach for me. I know I have a pretty face, but I've struggled before in the past coming up with poses and not just sitting there while directed by the photographer. Yesterday showed me that I don't need direction the entire time, but I can actually model and let the photographer do their job, too.
3.) I love being naked... yep. That's it.
4.) Nude photographer is ADDICTING and I left my shoot already planning my next one! It was also my photographer's first time shooting a nude model and she can't wait until the next shoot either!
So basically what I'm saying, if you haven't yet, get out there and do a nude session! It will be worth it. Promise!
