Today I made a tofu pudding with silken tofu, a banana, and some dark chocolate. Tres yummy. And contains more than my RDA of calcium!
And for dinner I am having rice cakes and hummus and bean sprout mix and vegetables and SPINACH. I love being vegan, and I love cooking and I love eating.
I have busy days ahead of me, with deadlines and stuff which I am very (very very very very very) much not prepared for. But Im going to Wales next week. I am so, so happy for that. Oh my gosh I cant wait. I miss the mountains and shit
I was last there in late December, at the very beginning of winter, and now its mid winter and there are bluer skies and heat from the sun.
