When I'm on a mission, I rebuke my condition
If you're a strong female, You don't need permission.
You gotta know what's going to be. Fun homework @missy @rambo @lyxzen
This woman right here has been the voice of my generation, she is the face of a whole cultural change where we accepted human that conditions aren't something to be ashamed for. We've transitioned to a society that not only tolerates diversity, it celebrates it. (at least in more places than before, I'm not saying the change is done yet) I don't think that change in media would have been possible without the social impact caused by Lady Gaga. She was also the revolution in the pop industry, I mean, who dresses "normally" at the VMA's anymore? She made pop suck the tits of art.
“I am the excuse to explore your identity. To be exactly who you are and to feel unafraid. To not judge yourself, to not hate yourself.”
I witnessed this girl performing from front row at the Born This Way Ball in 2012, the whole arena could vibrate with her energy and I can say she's a role model to me as an artist and that she changed my life forever. I learned from her that night how to be strong enough to not give a fuck about what people might say about me when I'm being and loving myself.
She's been inspiring me (and some millions of other people too) for five years now to accept my existence and create who I am without fear of rejection, to be unique, and shine in my own way through art.
I see a lot of this in myself every day.
Let me gif it for you, this is going to be beautiful.
Holy fuck, I saw this live^^
And this one sums it up pretty much.
I think you get an idea of what kind of spirit I have :)
...And I was born this way baby x)
