I've been so inactive online/on social media over the past few weeks, very sorry for my absence! It's the summer holidays so my kids are off school for 6 weeks - I have my hands full to say the least! I've been trying to soak up every minute of fun and memory-making adventures, so everything else has been on the back burner!
Yesterday was my favourite day of the summer this year so far - a big road trip to the coast for a day of glass hunting on the beach. Standing in the sea scanning the sand around my feet for pieces of sea glass and beautiful rocks is definitely my happy place. Its been years since I've been to the beach, and the last time I went holds some not so good memories for me, so it was really lovely to go back and replace those memories with shiny wonderful new ones.
Plus, I found a whole bunch of beautiful sea glass to add to my collection. I hope you're having a great summer so far!
