Rolled out across town again today. The scenery never seems to change around here. For the most part it's pretty depressing. We pass an amusement park everyday, but, instead of like an amusement park in the States, it is completely abandoned. No little children running around smiling and giggling. No cotton candy being eaten. No happiness. That pretty much applies to everybody I see over here. No happiness. They've been beaten down for so long it's become it's own lifestyle. Which is horrible, because this place could be absolutely beautiful. Take the trash out of the streets and fix up the facade of the buildings, and this could be something special here. We are completely ringed by mountains, and when it is clear out, it's breathtaking. I really don't know where I'm going with this, just random thoughts from a random guy.
