Love my temper the other day. First time in about 5 yrs. The wall didn't complain, though. Hand still hurts, been over a week, but irrelevant all the same.
It's the fact that it happened that still bugs me. The why is another matter, but still.....lost my temper at a friends house with them in the next room. They knew what I was doing, even picked out the wall, but that changes nothing.
5 yrs for nothing. All the self control, the meditation, the focused venting, yoga, all of it
At least my hand still hurts though...reminds me how stupid it was, and even worse how stupid the cause is.
