I just made habanero salsa from scratch. Wow it's hot. Going to put together homemade chorizo next and let it sit overnight. Then I'm going to mix the chorizo with ground beef, and have chorizo burgers with pepper jack cheese, habanero salsa, sour cream, lettuce, and onion during the Seahawks game tomorrow. (Perhaps, okay, I WILL also have some Coronas and Cuervo shots.) If you hear massive screaming Monday morning, you'll know why. :)
