I weighed myself today and lost 5 pounds by eating healthy and staying active this week. im happy. I found out my cholesteral is moderately high the last time i went to the doctor. so Im glad im heading in the right direction to being more healthy and fit. im trying new veggies every week to add variety as well. and so far i freaking love butternut squash, parsnips and whole artichokes! yum! anyone have any new veggie or fruit suggestions i should try that arent mainstream?
oh yeah, also if anyone has any group type exercises they want to partake in that would be fun. maybe a sport or walking somewhere when its warm out? let me know
