The pussification continues, it really makes me sad in this country the criminals have more rights than the victims. poor guys lives on and remote farm and defends himself from some punk thieves trying to steal his quad and hes the one going to jail. Canadian government expects us to quiver in the corner and call 911, wait and hope the robbers dont kill you before the cops show, utter fucking bullshit.

This country needs a castle doctrine and one quick.
A Castle Doctrine (also known as a Castle Law or a Defense of Habitation Law) is an American legal concept arising from English Common Law[1] that designates one's place of residence (or, in some states, any place legally occupied, such as one's car or place of work) as a place in which one enjoys protection from illegal trespassing and violent attack. It then goes on to give a person the legal right to use deadly force to defend that place (his/her "castle"), and/or any other innocent persons legally inside it, from violent attack or an intrusion which may lead to violent attack. In a legal context, therefore, use of deadly force which actually results in death may be defended as justifiable homicide under the Castle Doctrine

Thanks sweet! And tell me about it! England is the same, a criminal has way more rights than anyone, and the conditions in prison are like a fuckin holiday camp! No wonder we have one of the biggest reoffending rates! Get this, our prisoners get sky tv, education courses (that I have to pay for!) full gym facilities, pool tables...i've even been told that one prison makes it's guards wear slippers at night cuz the sound of their shoes keeps the criminals awake! What a bunch of bullshit! And I don't know why that law was from English common law, cause if someone enters your home in the UK, batters you and tries to run away with your stuff, and you batter them, it's YOU who will get punished! Just wrong isn't it!
We need to go medieval on their asses!! Grrr!
xXx
