I guess I'm not on very much these days.
My husband just turned 30 last week, so that was fun!
He's really excited about getting older. He quit dying his hair black when he found is first gray hair. hehe
I'm still slingin coffee and having a great time. The major pain of working in a coffee shop is you generally have to work with a younger crowd of people. Not all, but most of them are drama nuts and irresponsible and I get to pick up their slack. Stupid kids. Oh well, I guess I was the same way.
I might be getting to fly to Germany in July to see a friend's wedding in a castle! I hope it all works out. It all depends on if my husband has to work at E3 this year or not. I hope he gets out of it. hehe Send a damn PA or something!
I've been really tired lately, mostly from stress. But trying not to let it get me down.
No need to worry about stuff if you can't do anything about it, right? What good would it do but give me an ulcer and be a cranky person to be around!
I'm kinda ready to move out of our basement appartment and into a nicer place, but it's hard with so many pets. The first day one of our 5 cats would pee on the carpet. I don't want any of them to die, I love them so much! But damn, I'm sick of living here! It's just too small and cold! lol
Enough complaining!! Since Christmas I've gotten a new car (2007 VW Rabbit)! I promised myself long ago I would never have a new car. Old old classics and such. The only new car I ever liked was the Golf. Well, it turns out that Golfs used to be Rabbits, and now they've just switched the name back! Her name's Lanette and even though she's stock, oh my goodness she's got some weird ass crap. Heated seats is the best! But also heated sideview mirrors so they don't get foggy or frosty during the winter, front seats that have 4 adjustments, everything folds down so when you and your 4 friends go shopping at Ikea, you can put all the furniture in your car! I should have taken a picture, it was nuts!
Me and Jeremy celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary in February, and will be our 6 years together this summer.
I've quit smoking again, and it's been a few days over a month today!
Very good!
I got the balls to ask for a raise, and although it was a small one, I still got one! I was all assertive, but professional and polite. It was kinda fun!
I've had my dog, Lilly, over a year now~ which is kinda neat. She gets on my nerves, but damn she's cute! Hyper ass border collie!
Gardening's going slow, just too tired to get out I guess. Or lazy. That and it's been rainy or cold. When's this winter going to end?!
Also, I've decided to read Moby Dick. I've just finished chapter 4. If you can get past chapter 1, it's actually a really good read so far. Herman Melville loves to overexplain things, but it kinda adds to the character and charm of Ishmael, who's a freak in my opinion. But what do I know? I've only just begun chapter 5!
