as much as I agree with drain, I literally can't have the job I have now if I got the full sleeve like I wanted to years ago. However, I've known plenty of nurses with tat's. Just know your job, and ace that interview! If all else fails, go to the interview in a sneaky long-sleeve, and let the surprises follow later
