Don't know if any of you guys are My Chemical Romance fans...of just fans of good comics, but last week, the first issue of THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY was released in comic shops.

It's a fun read. Check it out. And it turns out that Gerard is a cool dude. I got to hang out with him a bit backstage in the Dark Horse comics booth in San Diego this summer. He was an intern at DC Comics before he ever became famous...so he's not just some rich guy who wants to write comics. He's actually a pretty good writer.

I'm not sure what else is on the stands this week that I worked on. I'm currently doing MARVEL ADVENTURES: FANTASTIC FOUR, X-MEN: 1ST CLASS, HELLBOY ANIMATED (Writing on #3!), SPIDER-MAN FAMILY and SUPER-VILLAIN TEAM UP.
