Okay, so, my first set seems to have survived Member Review. Of course, there were some pretty insensitive tags left on my set, but that was to be expected - not everyone likes a big girl. But mostly comments have been really positive and that's really nice - thanks SO much to everyone who had something nice to say - I was much more confident about the pictures back when I took them than when they went up (at which point I was terrified). I really appreciate all the support and stuff and stuff.
I'm pretty excited - I had a shoot with 3 models two weekends ago, 5 technically, counting the trike owner and the hot rod owner as well. It was pretty wild, but all the ladies I got to work with were absolutely fantastic and my stomach was SO sore from laughing when we were finished! Unfortunately, there were stretches of OOF images here and there where they had me laughing too hard to keep the camera steady.
I learned a lot, though - shooting three people in one image is pretty tough - for the most part, one model would be posing, one would be blinking or laughing, and the other would be talking. So, out of 1200 images, I ended up with 77 that I'm pretty darned happy with. Of course, you can check them out on my websites.
I got some good news today! My little bro, who has been working as a stuntman in China for the last YEAR got a surprise month off and the company is flying him back to the states! So he'll be staying with us for the month and it'll be SO great to see him again! But that also means that we'll prolly be working on some serious horror shoots while he's here and there will be a bit less of the pin up. I'm pretty excited about that part, too - pin up was supposed to be the fun stuff I did in between horror - not the stuff I do all the time!
And, also exciting, my friend's set ( http://www.suicidegirls.com/members/cheribella ) that I shot also went up and has received some pretty decent feedback - no insults to my photography this time, so wheeee!
Anyways, hope y'all are good!
