---The General Bullshit---
Zach: Wanna go to Ocean City?
Tom: Uhhh... Yeah.
And that's how it starts.
The last 12 hours were awesome... at about 4PM yesterday (wed) me and Tom decided to go to Ocean City for the night.... by 8:30 we arrived. On the way there we saw some funny people... one girl just cracking up laughing, one stuffin her face with carrots, and one completely crying her eyes out.
We got there and parked on like 9th Street, got out of the car, stretched and hit the boardwalk... it was dead, to say the least. Absolutly nothing was open... including the Dough Roller (grrrrr) but anyways after we walked a few streets, I didn't feel like walking back so we hopped on a bus on 1st Street and got a ride back to the car...
The original plan was to go to a club or something once we got down there, but we looked at 3 or 4 of them and we came up with nothing... it seems EVERYTHING is closed in OC during the early summer season.... we parked at H20 to make a few calls in the last parking spot available... I guess it was reserved for the club owner, because he rolled by in an Escalade with a rather pissed off look on his face when he passed us.
Then we drove......... for about a half an hour trying to find a place that was open to eat.. we were tipped off on a Dough Roller on 45th Street that may have been open, but it wasn't
, so we went to the Dumser's right across the street from the hotel I stayed at during Sr Week... brought back a lot of memories.
After Dumsers it was only like 10:30 so we had to think of SOMETHING to do... and what better to do then steal some shit... we went and parked on 15th Street and went to scope some things out... we ended up taking a 9ft long banner and we spotted an AWESOME sign on 12th that required a screwdriver to take
...... so we gave up on it... syke...
We went to like 5 gas stations in search of a screwdriver... but ALL they friggen sold were tire guages and electrical wires.... BLAH... once we gave up on finding a screwdriver at a gas station (and there ARE NO 24 hour walmarts or food lions) we went and just searched through about 4 construction sights... while staying hidden from police passing by... I got to play Fast and the Furious on a front end loader we found on one of the job sights.. fun stuff.. and just when we were about to give up I found a spackler that had a point that might have worked... 2 and a half hours later at 2:00AM we had our tool to remove the sign.
We got back to 12th Street and to my surprise the damn thing was actually taking out the screws... CODENAME: TITTIES.... lol that's what Tom said he'd yell if a cop or someone rolled by and saw us... and damnit if it didn't take a good 10-15 minutes to get that sign.. but we did and its sitting in our kitchen right now..
At about 2:30 we decided to head on home since my car was full of stolen crap and it was gettin late anyways... we stopped to get gas and Red Bull before we left... the drive down Coastal Hwy to get out of OC was THE longest drive of the trip... with a backseat and trunk full of signs, the last thing we needed was to get pulled over, and wouldn't you know it... there were tons of cops on the road when we decide to leave.... oh well we made it out OK... no problems whatsoever...
and THANK GOD for the Red Bull... those 3 and 3 and a half hour drives were killing me... even though we did make really good time getting there and back.. its 6 AM and I'm still wired on Mt. Dew and Red Bull right now, so I guess I'm just waiting for it to wear off and for me to crash when it does... and even though I am not tired right now... sleep sounds ooooohh soooo good.
Anyways... thats about the jist of what my night was like.. its one for the record books.
