This week @bloghomework from @rambo , @missy and @lyxzen it’s a delicate and common subject in weblife: how to deal with haters.
Everyone has or at least use to have some manner of haters, because is part of life. Everywhere you will find someone who disapproves you, resent you, despises you or even want to hurt you, physically or psychologically.
Well, fuck them! 凸ಠ益ಠ)凸
My biggest recommendation of all is, if you can put them in their places without getting in too much trouble, fuck it, why not, just do it! But after that is very important that you make something fulfilling, that will remind you why you shouldn't pay any attention to toxic words. Why you do what you do, or are what you are. Dance, paint, read, take a walk, play something (kill some people on COD, LOL or something like that :v). At least, for me, that helps me in the process of cooling down and think more clearly.
Love yourself. If you don’t, you really should work on that ASAP, because you are the one with all the tools of being who you want to be. If you love yourself you will have the inner strength to respect you and make the others respect you too. Loving yourself will make the haters die trying to hurt you, because you know who you are, what you really care for and that you are better than that. If you love yourself meaningless words will be powerless and ridiculous.
Surround yourself with the people you love and respect, so you can feel loved and comfortable. Having this supportive environment, in and out of the web, it’s very important while dealing with awful people who will do whatever they can to get your attention and hurt you. This human shield will protect you and give you the strength to keep up with everything. This safety net, this love (from yourself and the people you admire) is especially important for people like us, SG, who want to break the mold of normal society, and are bound to piss off a couple of haters in the process.
So, be happy and love yourself. That’s how I deal with haters :)
