well good news. my cyst is just a regular cyst. they don't need to do a FNA. buuuut they missed a lump on my right breast and I have to get an ultrasound on that one. so not in the clear yet.

Thanks for the advice on Seroquel. I am not taking it again as once was enough. I felt so tired and sleepy til around 5pm which is good cause I had to drive to a dinner event.

Tonight I'm trialing a oral spray version of ambien. Same dosage as what I've been taking for six years. Hey I remember that ex bf crazy shit story. Fucking nightmare!!
