Melatonin maybe? I heard the gel caps work better than the hard pills - sometimes the regular pills work for me though. Or if you are really desperate for a night of sleep - maybe Benadryl or Tylenol pm? Sorry you are having troubles, I go thru it sometimes...it sucks.
