Okay, so this is a not-so-brief description of the past two days for me.
Yesterday was such an amazing day. I went to the mall with my ex/good friend, and I bought the coolest t-shirt ever, along with, get this, barney purple knickers! They make me so happy. Anways, after that was, *dun dun dun* my 1st photoshoot ever, and it went really well! I had a lot of fun and my photographer was not only good at what he did, but probably the coolest guy I'll ever know. Too bad he's engaged... Ha ha. After the shoot I went to a hotel party a friend of mine was having and did a lot of awesome illegal things. ^_^
Compared to Friday, today was kind of lame. I had work from noon to originally eight, but I was able to go home at five due to our lack of customers. So after I got out of work, I decided tonight would be a good night to take a drive up to Wayne... BIG MISTAKE. Well, sort of. I drove up there expecting someone to want to chill and maybe smoke a bowl and/or go out and do something; I had loose plans with a few of my friends, so if one thing didn't work out, maybe another plan would. But nope, of course not. Everyone I called either didn't pick up or call me back, or couldn't hang out. I did finally find a few kids to toke with, and that was enjoyable, mostly 'cause those kids in particular are probably the funniest kids I know. Then I gave my ex/good friend a ride home from work, and started on my own way back home, which by the way takes a good hour from where I was. Well, it just so happens that my gas meter is a tool, and while it said I had a quarter of a tank left, I actually had no gas whatsoever. Therefore I had to pull over on the side of the highway at 2 in the morning, walk half an hour to find a gas station, buy a gas canister, walk back carrying that shit, fill up my car, and proceed on my way. Trust me when I say that it was fucking terrible! Oh, and might I add that it was only 23 degrees outside, and I had left my coat at my friends' house? Wonderful how things work out, don't you agree? -_- The only thing that didn't completely ruin the night was as I was pouring gas into my tank, a cop pulled up behind me to see what was goin' down. He asked some questions, checked my plates, y'know, the norm. But as I was about to leave, he started asking a little more personal questions, like if I had a boyfriend, and what my hours at work were, etc. Then, he asked me when the last time I had coffee or hot chocolate was. I didn't really know what to say, so I replied "I'm not entirely sure. A while?" Then he gave me this what I guessed to be a charming look and said "If you're not in too much of a rush to get home, can I buy you something warm to drink?" I was totally shocked, and I wanted to die, from laughter. XD I told him I had to get home soon because I have work in the morning, which isn't a lie, and he seemed slightly, dare I say, disappointed?? But he was cute enough, (and didn't have a ring on) so I told him if he wanted he could visit me anytime at my job, since we give cops discounts anyways. He looked like he liked the thought of that... LOL. I just find it funny that after my night had turned into such a nightmare, a local cop hits on me and completely turns it around. Go figure, eh?
Oh, and cross your fingers about my set! <3
