Nope, that's not the one...I saw it advertised again 2nite...Fitness made simple, .John Basedow is the guy..Yup, there are so many crazy arsed fitness schemes out there...(that horrendous guy w/ the curly ponytail and his fucking 'prancing deer workout m/c' or whatever it is, for a start ) believe me..I'D shoot them all FOR you..after all ...what r new and impressionable friends for?

When I got home I decided to eat a bagel really quickly before I left and cut off a huge chunk of my left index finger, I almost lost the top of my finger. I had to carry in the flesh that I cut off to the ER and spent the next 3 hours getting it reattached! Crappy!
We should hang out again sometime, everyone seemed cool, it's too bad I didn't have more time to party with yall. Email me your phone # and we'll go to the zoo or natural history museum or just watch bad horror movies sometime soon!
