Just got home from krazy fest tonight. had a ball. met johnny at the relapse booth. saw some great bands. it was kinda a shame though, armor for sleep played at noon on sunday, and there were only a couple hundred kids there at that time. they were by far one of the best performances of the weekend. Terror and throwdown were insane, as was the hope conspiracy. got in trouble friday night at the motel, so saturday we went out and hit the local scene. we stumbled across a good local spot where we met some cook kats. I got sick thursday night, so we didn't leave til early as fuck friday morning. but we had some problems on the way, so we didn't roll into kentucky til around 9 that night. so by the time i got to the motel, and down to the river, I missed the static lullaby set. Sunday we got up early to catch the armor for sleep set, then rolled around ky for a bit, to get back to see fairweather and hey mercedes. after that we rolled down to memphis and to Tunica. we thought we'd be cute and take a "shortcut" to memphis. it actually ended up taking us 2 hours longer for a total of about 8 hours from louisville to memphis. atleast we were halfway home at this point. we roll into tunica and can't find a room to save our lives. we finally find one at the sam's town casino. finally around 1 we venture out into the casino, fine the bar, play some blackjack, and go back upstairs around 3 with about 200 bucks less then we had 2 hours ago. but it was all in good fun. so we make the final trek from memphis to okc, in a record setting 7 hours, with 3 stops, one at a local cracker barrel in little rock arkansas, where our one tooth waitress, gave us a discount. either she was bein gnice and not charging us shit, or she was about as smart as a bag of nails. anyways, that's our weekend. other than the muffler almost falling off, it was pretty uneventful, nomral roadtrip.
