Another week goes by and i have still been sick, but i have been getting better each day, tomorrow i shoot some photo's in the studio, i will keep you posted 
Feeling much better today, time for some house cleaning and rest, then off to see the our home team canucks tonight, box seats at GM place 
That it's going to be a bad feeling at the begging of the week, turns out to be a cold/flu with my street being ripped up at 7am every day for the next 3 weeks for a new sewer system
It's one of those days i just don't feel like getting out of bed!.

It turned out to be a busy day at work, I was falling asleep in my chair during the last 20min, ended up having a little sleep in the staff room, even my boss asked me if I was ok to drive home, Very Tired...

Just made some BBQ sauce for the grill, it tastes great but is super thick, maybe i should add some more paste or something... Yum!
It's amazing how a single day kayaking in the wilderness of british columbia can energizee the sole and me feel wonderful!
