I was just reading a post on a forum about women who are really self conscious about their puffy nipples. It's sad because it is such a rare thing! Some guys (myself included) find puffy nipples to be extremely desirable and beautiful, but the girls who have them usually feel really insecure and embarrassed about them. Years ago I thought it was just an unusual fetish that I had, but after I had done some research I realized there are a lot of other guys who think the same as I do!! So if you do, you may want to hold off getting plastic surgery and work at being more comfortable with them! Such a fantastic and exotic feature! :)

Really larger aerosols and nipples come in at a close second ;)
