I'm eating an apple. I usually have one before I exercise. This particular apple is a Granny Smith, and its not really the best specimen unfortunately. After the apple, and some water, its workout time! woohoo! [sarcasm]
I don't particularly like working out, but I know I need to. I'm up from 5am till midnight almost every day. Between work and school, I'm putting in a 60+ hour week every week. On top of that, I rehearse with my band one night a week and I'm trying to learn html so I can make some side cash doing web design and SEO. I'm busy.
Earlier this year I got to the point where I was in bed by 4pm on a Friday, I couldn't keep up with my own schedule. You know things are bad when you're in bed with your girlfriend and you're too tired to fuck her. So I got back on the exercise wagon, 3 days a week. I feel way better, I'm making it through my week just fine these days.
I also started eating healthier, I almost exclusively shop at Trader Joes for my groceries. Its only a block away so I can walk, which is nice because I get sick of driving in this town.
And there you have it, the most boring blog post you'll ever read...
