I started my new healthy life on Sunday. Am doing the slimming world diet, since I lost a good bit of weight doing it last time, I haven't had a drink since Saturday night (...this is a long time for me...), and I've started training again. Yesterday, I run 3 miles, and it almost killed me lol. I'm doing a marathon program, which enabled me to run the Cardiff Marathon a few years ago. Have to do 4 miles tomorrow. This might kill me lol.

Good luck with the SW too; you keep me informed ok?! I need to get back into it now but with all the festival work and bird work/travelling, I need to get my shit together and get back into it! I started today but I'm really craving chocolate!
