Wrote out this list the other night. The first ten are a combination of things I'm worried about or need to get over. Things I am or will have to deal with at some point. The second set of ten are things I'm grateful for or that help me deal with other things. I'm a little wary of posting all of this because I have to leave out most names in the first section, so some of the people I wrote about might confuse who exactly I'm talking about. Ah well, it's gonna work out. Here goes:
1. ***** and I will never get together.
2. I am officially out of my last apartment now, the loft has been junked and I'll never use either again.
3. This is just a feeling, even at its worst. It will pass eventually or something new will take its place.
4. ***** has lost interest.
5. ***** is gone. Married now and belongs to someone else. She is not coming back.
6. My family should be the main thing in my life and thoughts. They care for me like no one else, and in ways no one else will.
7. Soon, Donnelly will know what it's like to live without a father.
8. Smoking is bad for me.
9. Sobriety isn't as easy now.
10. ***** will never be the kind of friend to me that I had been to her when we first became close as friends.
And the next ten. Things I'm glad about, or thankful for.
1. Sunny is back!
2. My new apartment is excellent. Location times twenty-fucking-seven. And my own room! Personal space is sorta cool.
3. Short hair looks better on me.
4. My jacket is a thing of beauty.
5. I met someone I like a lot and minimal to no attachment is best right now.
6. The lows aren't as low, the highs aren't as high.
7. It'll be warming up soon and summer in this neighborhood will be perfect for long walks. Walking has been one of my favorite things lately.
8. Tons and tons of March birthdays. Mine's at the end with about five or so other birthdays between it and the beginning of the month. Love that.
9. The following people have been wonderful to have around me (even if it's few and far between with some of them) and have definitely lifted my mood and brightened my spirits: Tim, Emily, Lindsey and Andy, Ned and Roby, Danielle, Mark, Louis, Paige, and Lena. And that list should probably be longer. For now, it stays.
10. Less time spent on SG is better no matter what else I'm doing. Don't get me wrong here, I love this site, but it's kind of insane how much time I spend here.

So that's not all of it. It's all I wrote, but both lists could be longer.
Everyone's been watching Happiness lately.

So much fucking laundry.

My actions lately have not been helping the "have healthy communication and interactions with your roommates" cause. I need to clean more. Not that I've been horrible, not that there are any issues between us, but if I don't pick up some slack there will be.
Love 'em though. They're very good people to live with. This apartment kicks ass. This area of town is fucking awesome, I can't get over that.
