You can get out of state liscenses but they are spendy as shit, only rich people can get them. I was thinking of flying back to Wyoming once and meeting my dad to hunt deer at the base of the Windrivers, and the liscense was like seven hundred dollars or some shit.

Oregon's out of state game bird liscense was three hundred dollars.

I'm assuming Texas has the same policy.

Basically if your rich you can fly anywhere and shoot anything you want without getting in trouble (even your hunting partner I guess... )

I think dick has a ranch in Jackson, I remember hearing about it when I drove through this summer.
