Last week I got in 20+ miles of walking in! Feeling pretty sore but I'm dedicated to it! Really enjoying my really late evening walks! Too bad everyone else is too lazy to join me! lol
Thinking of adding more weights at the end of the month to my walks. Go from nine to perhaps twenty pounds.
This week I am hoping to add 10+ miles of biking in on top of my walking! Hopefully I'll be ready and able to make the 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb!
