On Facebook I see my friends post things like " I ran 4.2 miles and burned 806 calories " or " Xyz ran 1.3 miles and burned 200 calories" So I posted " I can masturbate and burn 200 calories a shot, I can do it 6 times without even getting out of bed. 1200 calories burned without getting out of bed, I will take that anyday. I might even call it #The SuicideGirls workout. What do you think @missy, @rambo
