I spent the bulk of last week in the sun. Of course, when you're as white as I am, that's not suck a great thing. I ended up wearing SPF 50 sun block, because that's what it takes to keep me from burning. I didn't put any on my head, though, so I burned my scalp where the part in my hair is. I decided to wear a hat the rest of the time. At least I got some color to my arms and face.

Since I got back, I had to catch up on my e-mail and my regular mail. Bills to pay!

Thank God for other distractions.
