I've noticed that a lot of people have been pretty down lately. What's up with that? I've always found that it's rarely as bad as you think it is. I'm not saying that you should get over it, but at least put things into perspective.
I need to start seriously looking at my diet. I have to make sure that I'm not eating a ton of garbage, and I should really be drinking more water. Anyone got any diet tips for someone with no will-power?

Wire your jaw shut? no just kidding. I dont have will power either so youre not alone. As far as people being down, I've really come to realize in the past few weeks that no matter how bad you think you have it, someone else has it ALOT worse. So I'm trying to shake off my negativity & think on the brighter side
(not to say you'll never read me bitch in my journal again cause thats damn near impossible)
