I was out visiting some friends last night, and we decided to make dinner. I had to eat something light, so I made a salad and threw some grilled chicken on it. I just can't continue eating all of the crap that I have been eating over the past week and a half. BBQs are nice, but I always feel like crap a few days after them.
Not a bad day today. Not too hot. Not too cold. I was able to go out and do my usual Tuesday ritual of yardwork. I felt good after moving around outside for a while. I hope this can continue.
