Today is an ouchy day! feel like I've been hit by a truck sooo tired but can't sleep either!
Oh welll never mind must try and stay posotive but its very hard when I've been feeling like this for so long! I must remember I am still very lucky to have lots of love in my life and despite eveything I am happier than I have ever been for a long time
