I'm still packing. I can't wait for this to be over. Giddy at the thought of my new house.
Loki (who does like to hop onto my bed actually..) is still causing destruction- a construction worker husband of a friend is going to help me out and fix some of the drywall holes.
I think I have a year cap of any given job if it doesn't lead to progression/ vary daily. I'm incredibly bored with work- and working for others. I've been doing it for 12 years now.... Only um... (trying to do quick math in head and getting nowhere..) 40 odd years to go.

Why the hell didn't I take fine arts/ creative writing in school? Now i can't find the time or money to actually get better so that I can bid the working world adeau and live as a struggling artist.
Oh right, because I was too sensible back then to consider art a career. I was such a sensible teenager. Ugh.
I think my best friend in Kingston (or rather the only one I can talk to who really 'gets" me) is a bdsm university History professer who is the historian for Canadian defence. An adventerous, kinky, outspoken man in an academic tight assed world.
My friend rocks.
