One of my favorite fellow managers was just fired (and walked out by the police) for "Loss Prevention Issues"
It's very sad for many reasons
1) You think you know someone, and you don't.
2) He's not an idiot, why would he behave like one?
3) He's just about to get married, and his fiance works for the company.
4) A buddy of mine let me down.
People who steal don't realise that we all work hard for what we get, why should they have life any easier?

Jewelry was naturaly the home version of blacksmithing so I read any books I could find. Got a bunch from a friend's mother who is an established smith in the states. Then found out the local Lapidary club had classes which gave me the push to get where I am now.
Always figured it was going to be my future. Metal working of some sort.
