I'm all moved out of my old apartment, and now it's time to unpack the mountain of boxes that have overtaken the apartment I'm now sharing with my friend....they'll be put away soon, roomie, I promise! This new place is super cool, built in the early 1900s, just my style, better than the 1960s-era place I was in last. I hope I can slow my life down a bit so I can enjoy hanging out here. Even the panhandler outside (he's been a regular here for 8 years!) is my new best friend, he helped me heft boxes a couple times this week, and told me the ropes about how to keep my car safe in the parking lot and which care belong to the handsome single men in my apartment, hahah!
