I fucking love Christmas lights. I really do. And Denver knows how to use them when the Holidays come around. I was able to go to The Parade of Lights last night and Hubby and I made a date night of it. We went to The Hard Rock Cafe before the parade, did a little walking on 16th Street Mall, smoked a fatty in the car, and then enjoyed the coolest parade I've ever seen! My husband and I were so impressed by the LED marching bands, the well made floats, and just how happy everyone was. All the kids around us were in good moods, my husband and I really found joy in watching the little kids have fun! I laughed so hard that the only time security had to rush the street was when the MINIONS came out and all the kids took a swarming step toward the street to try to get a high five from them. I didn't realize Minions were so popular with kids! The coolest part was definitely the LowRiders. Hellfuckinyeah! Today Hubby and I are gonna find a place to drink some Martinis in celebration of the end of Prohibition. Working on the second one!
